Paul Hamilton Smith

Paul H. Smith, Major, US Army (ret.), is the author of Reading the Enemy’s Mind: Inside Star Gate — America’s Psychic Espionage Program” and “The Essential Guide to Remote Viewing.” As a seven year veteran of the government’s ‘psychic espionage’ effort, Paul was originally assigned to the Army’s Center Lane remote viewing program starting in 1983 and later transitioned with the program to the Defense Intelligence Agency in early 1986.
