This is for certain, AND WITHOUT A DOUBT, NO NASA DOCUMENT. I hope Human beings still have enough intellectual integrity to merely look at the format of this document, and know for a fact this is not from NASA. its the cheapest looking forgery I ever seen IN MY LIFE. The content is useless, its author is a lazy arse, who is preying upon humanity by spreading misinformation to occupy their minds, when they have real problems to worry about..
